Lead our kitchen brigade in preparing fresh, coastal-inspired dishes with precision and passion. You'll be the creative backbone of every service, ensuring consistent quality and flavor in every plate that leaves our kitchen.
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Latin coastal cuisine and fresh ingredients
- Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Food Handler Certification required
Be the face of the Costa Vida dining experience. You'll welcome guests with warmth, guide them through our menu, and ensure every visit is memorable. Your energy and hospitality will create loyal guests who return again and again.
- 1+ year of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for food and genuine hospitality
Oversee all daily restaurant operations and lead a team of passionate professionals. You'll balance guest satisfaction, staff management, inventory, and financial performance to keep Costa Vida running at its very best every day.
- 3+ years in restaurant management or supervision
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- ServSafe Manager Certification a plus
Coordinate catering orders, events, and off-site deliveries for Costa Vida's growing catering program. You'll be the key liaison between clients and our kitchen team, ensuring every catered event reflects our brand's quality and passion.
- Experience in event planning or catering logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift and transport catering supplies
Drive the Costa Vida brand online through compelling content, social media campaigns, and community engagement. You'll tell our food story through photography, video, and copy that inspires audiences to visit, order, and share their Costa Vida experience.
- 2+ years of social media or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content tools
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with food or hospitality brands preferred
